How does the Google Drive integration work?

FlockFrame securely connects to your Google Drive via OAuth API. You select a specific archive folder, and our background crawler indexes the photos. We do not modify or delete your original files on Drive, and we only scan new files to keep your gallery synced.

Is my face recognition data secure?

Yes, absolutely. The face recognition model runs securely at the database/edge level, extracting math descriptors (vectors) of faces. Your data is restricted to your secure database tenant and is never shared with third parties or used for training AI models.

How does the Planning Center integration work?

Once you authenticate with Planning Center, FlockFrame fetches your active People Roster. When we detect a face in your photo library, we show directory suggestion matches. With a single click, you can link the cluster, automatically matching their photo assets and syncing profile pictures.

What happens when I reach my plan's asset limit?

When you hit your tier's asset cap, scanning and indexing of newly discovered photos will be temporarily paused. You can still access, search, and download your existing library normally. To resume scanning, you can upgrade your plan at any time through the billing dashboard portal.
